BJW Computers Ltd is the holding company for the business of Tonerman.co.uk

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to complete the order.

We accept payment via Visa and MasterCard cards. The transaction will be processed though "Sage Pay", a secure server, which will automatically generate an order acknowledgement and confirm receipt of your credit card payment. This is not a confirmation of the order by Tonerman.co.uk.

The creation of a contract and acceptance of your order will be on dispatch of your order. Tonerman.co.uk will send out an email advising that the order has been sent. We have included this term to protect us in case a mistake has been made in pricing, or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.


We aim to dispatch all products within two UK working days. In the event that we are unable to dispatch the product we will contact you by email to discuss the problem. You are entitled to cancel the order at any stage before dispatch and we will arrange for a full refund by Sage Pay. If you cancel after dispatch then you need to follow our returns procedure.

Shipping And Handling If possible we dispatch orders received before 10am (UK time) on the same day but we may need to manufacture those products in high demand hence the two day target.

On the mainland United Kingdom all products will be sent by a next day courier service which will require a signature on delivery. For deliveries to off shore parts of the UK we will use First Class Recorded service of the Post Office or a two day courier.

UK Mainland: Free Delivery

Offshore UK: Orders up to £50: £5.00
Orders between £50.00-£100: £10.00
Orders up to £1000: £15.00
Orders exceeding £1000: £45.00

EEC Mainland: Orders up to £100: £15.00
Orders between £100-£250: £25.00
Orders between £250-£1000: £45.00
Orders exceeding £1000: £75.00

Delivery times vary when shipping to the EEC and abroad. We expect the minimum following dispatch would be Two Days but a delay of Seven Days is possible.

Please note that most airlines do not handle Toners following the Bomb threat at Birmingham Airport.


Delivery Schedule Though our parent company BJW Computers Ltd we arrange for our Courier to email you on the day of delivery the expected time of delivery normally within a one hour window.

Delivery Schedule. We aim to deliver your order within 3 days of your order if based on the mainland of the UK. Expect a minimum of an extra day for Offshore UK and Northern Ireland and Eire.

If the goods have not arrived after three days (ten days for EEC) please contact us.

If the goods are damaged in transit please inform us within two working days following receipt so we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number.
Back Orders BACK ORDERS
If the item is not in stock, we will manufacture the product unless we have a supply problem. We will aim to make the product over two days. If we suspect any further delay, we will contact you to discuss the problem by email and if possible follow up by telephone. You always have the option to cancel your order and obtain a full refund.


Timelines of Supply
Tonerman.co.uk will make every effort to supply the goods as and when required by you the customer. Tonerman.co.uk accepts no liability for any loss, direct or consequential, that might arise as a result of a failure to meet a specific delivery date or schedule. If the product arrives too late and it was not cancelled before dispatch then you have are entitled to return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund (See returns Policy)

Tax Charges
For orders made in the UK and the European Union, 20% VAT is included. If you are a VAT registered company in the EEC and require an invoice without VAT you may contact us directly for this service.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted and sent directly to Sage Pay for payment. Sage Pay clears your payment and instructs us of your order required and the amount paid. Tonerman.co.uk does not receive or holds your card details. Refund instructions will be given by Tonerman.co.uk to Sage Pay for payment.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. The products will be guaranteed for twelve months for faulty production. As a re-manufacturer of toner products Tonerman.co.uk can give technical support over the telephone.

If the product does fail please contact us by email or telephone to discuss the problems you are experiencing.

In the unlikely event that Goods fail to meet manufacturers' standards Tonerman.co.uk liability to you will be limited to the free replacement of the faulty item(s) and your postage incurred to return the faulty item.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union 20% VAT is added. All other orders please contact us directly.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
