Cleaning the Toner Cartridges

The toner remanufacture procedure begins by collating genuine original empty toner cartridges from businesses and schools. The toner cartridges are pressure cleaned in a vacuum extraction chamber utilizing de-ionized air technology. Our manufacturing process always involves recycling empty original toner cartridges.</span>>!!

Refurbishing the Toner Cartridges

Toner Cartridges are dismantled, worn toner component parts replaced and then filled with compatible toner powder using an industrial filling machine. New chips are fitted to all toner cartridges

Testing the Toner Cartridges

In house printers are used to test the functionality of all refurbished tonr cartridges. All toner cartridges are fully guaranteed.
